Gift cards are available in any denomination between
$25-$1000 and expire 12 months from date of activation. Regrettably,
we cannot replace lost or stolen cards*.
Package items listed within a spa package neither
can be transferred nor can be broken up. A spa package is to be used
by the same client. on one visit, with the exception of a resource not
being available for a particular service. These packages also expire
12 months from issue date. Regrettably, we cannot replace lost or
stolen packages*.
Reservations
Your
spa appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Please make
reservations in advance to ensure availability by calling us at: 718
491 8900. A credit card is required
to reserve an appointment, (You will not be charged at time of
booking. This is necessary to hold the appointment. You may use
another form of payment after your service. Please have your
information ready when calling in order to help us help you in the
most efficient manner.
Cancellations Should
you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us 24
hours in advance to avoid being charged 50% of your scheduled
services.
Please arrive on time
for your appointment. In
order to receive the full spa experience, it is best that you arrive
on time. We will hold your appointment for 15 minutes past the start
time of your scheduled service, after which we may not be able to
extend your full service. We will do all possible to accommodate you
but in the event we cannot, keep in mind that you are still obligated
to pay for 50% of the original service and time scheduled.
Please limit shower time to a maximum of 5 minutes
We ask that you keep your conversation volume low
and refrain from the use of cell phones/pagers while in the spa so you
and others can enjoy a peaceful experience.
Although we love children, please do not bring them
with you unless they are accompanied by an adult while you are
receiving your services.
In appreciation to the staff for outstanding
service, gratuities may be given at your discretion. All gratuities
are appreciated.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American
Express. We also accept debit cards.
Salon Gio and Day Spa reserves the right to refuse
service, without a refund, for inappropriate actions or use of
language. We are not responsible for lost items left inside or outside
our premises.
*We will do all possible
to replace a lost or stolen card/Spa package when a client provides us
with enough information to void the lost card or package.
